Job description

The Savoy Park Hotel in Ayr requires a Larder Chef to work with a passionate Executive Head Chef.  Working in a busy 3 star hotel you will be involved in managing meal service of weddings & large functions along with helping to develop and expand out existing lunch and dinner service. You should:- ·         have experience at a similar level and ·         be a good team player ·         have a desire to work with seasonal produce ·         have good attention to detail ·         high personal & environment hygiene ·         a genuine love of good food The Larder Chef will play an important role in controlling kitchen costs & enhancing productivity as well as making sure the food produced is to an exceptionally high standard of both quality & presentation. We want a Larder Chef who really wants to contribute to the success of the business and benefit from the experience of being involved in being a key team member.
