As Business Performance and Social Impact Administrator you will take a key role in ensuring the smooth and effective running of RIO Contracts and Impact Framework.    There are 3 key responsibilities which enable a range of clients, including young people, schools, and businesses, to solve problems and improve their situations through innovation.   Main responsibilities:   Supporting Project Leads and Contract Managers in the ongoing compliance, monitoring and high quality operational delivery of the Contracts and Grants RIO holds.   ·       To develop and maintain administration systems to ensure filing and storage of data is handled in a timely and accessible fashion appropriate to contract requirements and RIO confidentiality policy. ·       Help maintain current administrative, reporting, impact tracking, evaluation and monitoring systems and processes ·       Collating, reporting on and disseminating data and information so that it can be used across the organisation, with our board, and with clients, commissioners and stakeholders. ·       Provide administrative support for research projects and partnerships that we are involved in (e.g. coordination, organising of meetings, financial and contract monitoring). ·       Work with Head of Operations and Contract managers to set up and implement and coordinate appropriate systems and processes to enable effective and efficient contract management. ·       To support the Talent Match administrator in providing administrative support to the Talent Match program.. ·       To assist the Operations Team in the ongoing quality assurance and improvement of our contract/grant delivery and management ·       When required act as a PA for the Directors and organise travel, accommodation and necessary meetings Supporting the Head of Operations in Human Resources Management and Health & Safety compliance ·       To provide support to the Head of Operations with regards to Heath and Safety and data protection, ensuring records are kept up to date, compiiant with GDPR and relevant premises checks and risk assessments are conducted. ·       Support in recruitment processes including preparing adverts, collating applications and interview packs. Maintain human resources records through the administration of BreatheHR, recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.Orientate new employees by providing information packs; reviewing company policies; gathering withholding and other payroll information; explaining and obtaining signatures for benefit programs. Impact ·       Carrying out auditing and inquiry across the organisation to help RIO better understand what data it is collecting, how, why and what it is telling us. ·       Working with the Head of Impact and Research to devise and implement action plans to improve our practice in RIO Impact. ·       Helping put in place improved systems and processes to allow RIO to track, manage, report on, account for and enhance its social and environmental impact and value. ·       Maintain and improve these systems and processes so they get better and better, and create a range of value for the organisation (including insights that allow us to evaluate and improve our performance and help more people). ·       As appropriate, help RIO pilot innovative approaches to social impact (e.g. use of online and ‘big’ data, customer tracking and feedback, surveys etc.) ·       Working with our communications team to generate clear and concise information about RIO’s social impact so that it can be communicated externally to key stakeholders and create further social and business value for us. ·       Provide effective and proactive business administrative support for RIO consultants trading in this area, including communicating with clients as appropriate and organising workshops and events for them. ·       help produce reports on social impact for board, and annual CIC returns)     General Office upkeep and professionalism (with exact role depending on which RIO office the post-holder is based in) ·       To provide occasional reception duties and events cover when required. ·       Field general enquires and ensure specific enquires are signposted to the correct areas of the business – adding value to these interactions wherever possible ·       To help implement, maintain, improve and regularly update RIO’s CRM system for use by all areas of the buiness so that it is effective, efficient and leads to identified opportunities, intelligence and coordinated action across the whole organisation. ·       To assist in the operations needed to implement new contracts i.e. find new premises, deal with utilities, office moves/changes etc ·       Work proactively to address problems and seize opportunities related to customer use, sales and handling – including implementing new systems and procedures where necessary   General responsibilities:   To Numeracy to Level 2 (e.g. GCSE Grade A-C)·    Excellent administration / organisational skills·    Ability to work flexibly·     Accurate and quick worker with attention to detail·     Ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion and integrity·      A grounded and pragmatic approach to data, administration and reporting·     An ability to work well with diverse types and teams of people to roll out effective administrative systems and processes with and through them.·     IT qualification (e.g. ECDL) Experience  ·    Experience in data management, reporting systems, evaluation processes, performance management systems, or customer data management and tracking·    Experience of collating project delivery data to agreed milestones and outputs.·    Experience of organising workshops/events·    Experience or working in partnership with other organisations·    Experience of web based applications, Microsoft Office software; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook, CRM·     Experience of working with people from diverse backgrounds and ranging needs·     An understanding of barriers and issues that face young people and vulnerable adults·     Working with HR ·     An interest in social enterprise·     An interest and knowledge of the business sector in Cornwall·     Experience of supporting people in a learning environment ·     Experience of managing
