Customer Service Assistant required for a permanent role at a company based near Framlingham. The successful candidate for this interesting and varied vacancy will be responding to customer requests/enquiries (eg pricing, availability of product, sample requests etc), processing and managing customer complaints, providing stock availability and order status and handling returns and invoice/account queries. They will be expected to provide excellent and consistent communication skills to both internal and external customers by phone, email and face to face. Other duties will include creating sales orders on SAP, filing invoices and sales orders booking meetings/travel arrangements, ordering stationary, managing incoming/outgoing mail and other general administration duties as required. Applicants must have previous customer service experience within an office environment, be numerate and literate with good IT and communication skills. Hours of work are 9.00am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Paying a salary of £18K. Own transport is essential due to location.
