Commercial Property Solicitor - Retail and Leisure - NQ-3 PQE Southampton £35,000 – £42,000 My client is a market leading firm who are expanding their reach in Southampton and seek a talented Commercial Property Solicitor. Recognised as an ”outstanding commercial property team” and a leader in the south of England, their commercial property and planning lawyers have a well-earned reputation for providing sound and pragmatic legal advice across all property and planning matters.This role will support the Partners and Solicitors on a range of commercial property transactions.The successful candidate must have experience in a range of commercial property work including landlord and tenant. It is ideal that you are able to ensure the highest level of client care and possess good IT skills. You should demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage and prioritise a significant workload.The ideal candidate will have up to 3 years PQE. You will have had exposure to a range of commercial property transactions and will be commercially aware to enable you to advise clients on a range of issues.In return my client is offering a competitive salary of 35-42K and excellent benefits and career progression opportunities.
