Branch Administrator - Leicester Up to £20,000 + bonus Our Client, a FTSE 250 listed company within the Finance and Banking Sector, are currently seeking a Branch Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. The role would involve sales support/underwriting for the New Business team, ensuring business taken on falls within the set parameters. The ideal candidate will have a polite and professional manner and be self-motivated with excellent organisational and communication skills. Furthermore, you will be a strong team player with the desire to learn and grown professionally within a role. Duties and Responsibilities include: -Processing customer proposals and underwriting in line with company policies and procedures -Liaising with external parties regarding the outcome/decisions of a proposal that has been underwritten -Negotiating with third parties to gain necessary figures and requirements to make a deal acceptable and within the personal mandate limit -Processing documents received to be paid out -Adhering to set procedures along with certain database checks for items that occur when underwriting -Operation of proposals system -Achieving internal staff budgets on retention -Ensuring that all governance and compliance requirements are adhered to Skills and experience: -Minimum level of education required 5 GCSE (including Maths and English) -Excellent administrative skills essential -Proven customer service skills -Excellent telephone manner -Experience within the Financial Services sector ideal but not essential -Excellent Excel, Word and Outlook skills -Team player -Focused and motivated attitude This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic company working at the forefront of their industry.
