HR Administrator £18,000 to £22,000 Plus Exceptional Company Benefits on Offer Attention….. Attention…… All HR Administrators in the South Notts location?   Our client, a successful and growing manufacturing company, is looking to recruit an additional HR Administrator to support their busy and proactive HR department.   The successful applicant will be a key point of contact for HR related queries, as well as maintaining strong communication within the team and across the business.   The ideal candidate will be someone who is looking for a position with opportunities to develop their career within a HR role or equally someone looking for stability as an Administrator within a successful organisation.    You will possess the experience of working within an administrative focused role and be flexible to adapt to the needs of a team in a growing business.   Key Responsibilities: Ensure New Starters are issued with joining instructions and all paperwork is complete and filed Maintain and update starter/leaver/maternity/paternity trackers Maintain and update personnel files Assist with benefit and reward activities Maintain company staff database and ensure employees records are kept up to date and items filed appropriately Type up notes from all HR related meetings Provide advice and guidance on internal systems used for processing items such as holidays, absence, sickness absence and recruitment requests Essential Skills: Demonstrable background in a similar role Reliable, organised, diligent with a good eye for detail Flexible, adaptable and able to manage several tasks at once Experience of operating in a fast paced environment Approachable, friendly, willing, a team player and possesses an excellent telephone manner Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proactive and enthusiastic approach with the ability to pick thinks up quickly A good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook All respondents to this position must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
