We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef for one of our amazing restaurants set in the Heart Of Kent - this property is breath taking and not your usual place of work.
The Restaurant just opens for evening trade 6:30pm - 11:30pm - with an ever changing menu which uses the best local and seasonal ingredients.
This role would suit a Sous Chef who has experience in high end quality ingredients locally sourced with the ability to motivate and lead the kitchen brigade catering with the high standards.
As a Sous Chef you will oversee a small team and be responsible for ordering, menu planning, cleanliness and stock rotation of the kitchen.
£25,000 - £26,000 + Progression
