As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will take a lead in developing and implementing the company’s marketing and business development strategies. Responsibilities: - Define and deliver marketing strategy and implementation plans for all marketing channels - Take ownership of online presence through website content, news stories, business and social media. - Become highly knowledgeable in the scope, application, purpose and operation of the system. - Become familiar with the terminology and process prescribed within NEC3 and FIDIC contracts. - Work closely with directors and account managers to understand client needs to evolve marketing strategies effectively. Key skills: - Exceptional written and presentation skills understanding different styles for delivering focused marketing content. - GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at C Grade or above - An entrepreneurial spirit with positive, flexible and problem-solving attitude. - Confident, professional and personable manner. - Marketing degree or post-graduate qualification. - Organised and self-motivated. Hours: Monday – Friday, between the hours of 7:30am – 5:30pm. Our client offers flexi hours. Salary: £30,000 – £37,500 depending on experience. Plus, excellent benefits.
