Working both ‘in the field’ on a national basis facilitating face to face group sessions & also facilitating remote group sessions, you will follow a structure timetable of learning to meet the needs of our learners to successfully complete their apprenticeships. Our Coaches deliver apprenticeship programmes to wide range of businesses. To succeed in this role you might be an existing Trainer/Coach/Facilitator, or you perhaps are a team leader or manager working in the Retail sector. You will utilise your retail experience and inspire learners to realise their potential as you support and guide them through their training preparing them for assessments and exams. You will be required to visit Employers where your learners are based and deliver a professional, high quality service, underpinned by the need to meet quality procedures set by the awarding body. What skills are we looking for? First and foremost you need to have a passion for Retail. You should have relevant and recent retail experience or a real desire to work in the Retail sector. Ideally you will have experience of delivering retail advice and information, ideally in a training environment. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and encourage people. We ask and lot and give a lot in return so you will need lots of energy and enthusiasm. You will need to have a driving license and access to your own vehicle along with the willingness to travel as required. What’s in it for me?
