Residential Conveyancer Northampton £25,000 – £30,000 Residential Conveyancer Residential Conveyancer , Northampton A Residential Conveyancer is wanted for a fantastic Northamptonshire based opportunity with an ambitious firm who are known for their property offering. Ideally with at least 12 months experience handling your own caseload of residential conveyancing files. Applications are invited from technically strong qualified or non qualified Residential Conveyancers looking for an opportunity to utilise their technical skills and move their careers on in a supportive working environment. Salary is circa £30,000 , depending on experience and comes with excellent benefits. You will be comfortable handling sale/purchases - freehold and leasehold, help to buy, shared ownership, retirement homes, leasehold, buy to let, transfer of equity , trust deeds, contract issues, replies to enquiries, searches etc. The successful Residential Conveyancer will join a busy, friendly team managing a full and varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from start to finish. The team are hard working and all support each other in many ways. A good sense of humour and an organised approach will help.
