Commercial Property Legal Secretary Norwich £17,000 – £22,000 A leading commercial law firm are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Legal Secretary to join their Norwich offices. The exciting opportunity is paying up to £22,000 based upon experience, accompanied by a competitive benefits package. The successful Commercial Property Legal Secretary will be joining a highly supportive and professional team, in which they will be supporting the fee earners on an ad hoc basis as and when they are needed. They will be typing legal correspondence and documents (therefore a typing speed of above 60wpm is essential). Other secretarial duties will include organising diaries/meetings, answering the telephone and liaising with clients, and photocopying/filing. There will also be accounts based duties such as typing bills and raising client cheques. The successful Commercial Property Legal Secretary will be an effective communicator and team player. They need to possess the ability to prioritise a workload and to remain friendly and professional at all times. They must also have a minimum of 1 years’ experience working as a Commercial Property Legal Secretary within a law firm.
