Sous Chef

We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef for one of our amazing restaurants set in the Heart Of Kent - this property is breath taking and not your usual place of work.

The Restaurant just opens for evening trade 6:30pm - 11:30pm - with an ever changing menu which uses the best local and seasonal ingredients or ask about our daily specials dishes that showcase the Head Chef’s creativity and flare.

This role would suit a Sous Chef who has experience in high end quality ingredients with the ability to motivate and lead the kitchen brigade catering with the high standards that is offered in our banqueting kitchens.

As Sous Chef you will oversee a small team and be responsible for ordering, menu planning, cleanliness and stock rotation of the kitchen.

£25,000 - £26,000 + Progression
