Fuel Convenience Retail Ltd is an up and coming vibrant young company operating as a Shell retail franchisee with currently five Shell garages. Last year, we were nationally ranked in the top ten in the whole UK across all Shell financial & customer measures. Number one is naturally our goal! We continuously strive towards creating a work hard and play hard culture. The great news is in view of our anticipated future expansion, we are looking for a Manager Designate with drive and ambition of becoming a future General Site Manager.     So we are in no rush and only apply if you are an exceptional leader who is passionate, a highly driven individual, a self-starter with bags of energy, initiative and exceptional with people and customers.  Only read on if pressure motivates you!! Candidate Job Role Outline:   You will aspire to become a General site Manager as and when the opportunity arises. Meanwhile you will prove that in the absence of the general manager, you can LEAD and manage by example and through your team deliver OUTSTANDING - Customer service, health and safety culture, legal requirements, shop and forecourt standards, financial & customer Kpi’s, stock, asset and money protection results.   Although primarily a day time role, a 24/7 business dictates  that the ideal candidate possesses a real working flexibility when it comes to shift patterns and additional working hours in line with business operational requirements. This may also include covering other Shell sites and occasional night working should the need arise.
