Draft and negotiate commercial leases, have a good working knowledge of landlord and tenant law, be able to work independently but alongside the Partners within the department on complex transactions and build strong relationships with clients and intermediaries becoming involved in marketing and business development opportunities.Applications are invited from ambitious Commercial Property Solicitors looking for an opportunity to broaden their horizons in a highly successful and professional regional law firm.
