Commercial Property Solicitor Norwich £30,000 – £45,000 The chosen Commercial Property Solicitor will hold1-5 years post qualified experience from an established firm as a Lawyer, Solicitor, Legal Executive or Paralegal with similar experience for the busy Commercial Property department. The successful candidate will be part of a team of 2 directors and 3 fee-earners in a bustling Norwich office dealing with all aspects of non-contentious commercial property and work for residential and commercial developers. Working hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm (lunch 1.00pm - 2.00pm but variable) and as required by workload. Salary dependent upon qualifications/experience. You’ll be joining a friendly yet professional working environment where benefits include holiday entitlement of 33 days, including bank holidays. Your experience will include a mix of non-contentious commercial property work - this is essential, if your application is to be successful. Some experience of business sales and company commercial work would be useful but not essential as would experience of dealing with medical practices and residential developers.
