Job description

Our client, Eleganze Ltd, requires a Loss Prevention & Inventory Controller based in Rochdale. As the successful candidate your sole focus is on critical business controls, fraud and shrinkage. Experience of working in a retail environment is essential. Responsibilities ? Identify and minimise the risks of financial losses and production of suitable risk reduction ? strategies primarily focused on the retail outlets but to include eCommerce and DC operations ? To provide an effective & efficient Loss Prevention service to the business, specifically in relation to Stock & Cash loss ? Manage stock take & inventory processes for all 150 plus retail locations & DC using Midas operating software ? Communicate investigation outcomes and recommendations ? Effectively drive shrinkage reduction initiatives throughout the business Key Skills ? Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills ? Able to work on their own initiative with discretion and professionalism ? and to maintain confidentiality at all times ? Strong planning and organisational skills and retains focus whilst ? demonstrating high levels of drive, energy and stamina Requirements ? Have a good understanding of the changes in Loss Prevention ? Come from a fashion retail background ?
